- In the group show of my class in project space ‘het Basisburo’ in Amsterdam I presented four edible sculptures. I used materials like cake, liquorice, candy, marzipan, caramel, merengue, edible pigments and rolfondant to copy shapes that I had used before in the miniatures for the Old Church and the raft. My class cut into the sculptures in the morning and had the first bites. During the exhibition later that day I projected photo’s of the cakes when they were still intact, while the public enjoyed the remainders.
